–maintaining office supply inventory and process, including placing office supply orders and processing invoices

*Maintain constituent updates and revisions in the Raiser’s Edge database on a daily basis
*Assist Department with the formatting and mailing of correspondence

*High school diploma
*3-5 years of office reception, switchboard and administrative experience with high volume of incoming calls
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
*Outstanding customer service
*Intermediate MS Office experience
*Ability to format text for signs and presentations
*Experience with a faith-based nonprofit and Raiser’s Edge database a plus
